flights to medical facilities for patients without the financial capability and resources for medical care, whether it be routine in nature, or critical and life-saving.This program provides:- Medical flightsA person’s medical condition is not a determining factor for eligibility to fly with Footprints in the Sky. Footprints In The Sky does everything in their power to match donated aircraft flights with the time constraints and destinations of eligible patients.Please note, ground transportation is not an automatic service for this program. It may be arranged. Please contact Footprints In The Sky for more information.Footprints in the Sky requests a $35 application fee/donation from all patients seeking a flight with them. A significant amount of time and effort goes into coordinating your transportation and meeting your medical flight needs.The first step to apply for services is to complete a phone interview. Once you have complete the phone interview, you will be asked to fill out the online application.
