scale, based on income and family size.- STD, STI, HIV, and PrEP: Reliable education, counseling, prevention, and treatment options are available at a reduced cost. Comprehensive STI Service includes a full risk-based assessment and testing for ages 13–64+. Express STI Service is walk-in, or quick in-out testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, and syphilis to qualifying individuals. Effective prevention measures include access to PrEP (prevents HIV) and DoxyPEP (prevents spread of gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis). - Breast and Cervical Cancer Program:No-cost, preventative cancer screenings are provided for eligible women—cervical cancer screenings for ages 21 to 64 and breast cancer screenings for ages 40 to 64. Services entail clinical breast exams, pelvic exams, Pap tests, and off-site mammograms. Additional diagnostic services may be available as needed for no or low cost.
