Residents of DeKalb, Gwinnett, Rockdale, and Newton counties who meet income guidelines, are in crisis, and have documents showing the need. Bring ID, Social Security cards for all household members, proof of income for the last 30 days for adults, and lease, utility bills, or other proof of the service needed.
