to you - this includes your guide, transportation to and from their campuses in California and Oregon, instruction, and more.In order to apply, you can complete an online application, print a copy from the site and mail it, or complete the application over the phone. After your application is received and reviewed, they will schedule a phone consultation to discuss the rest of the process, including additional information needed, a home visit, and scheduling of classes so you can meet your new canine partner.There are no age requirements for our Guide Dog Program. However, since it takes a level of maturity, discipline, and commitment to work with a guide dog, the majority of our guide dog clients are 18 and older.
