Patient must have a confirmed HIV or AIDS diagnosis, or be getting HIV prevention treatment or testing; be in active treatment, starting treatment in the next 60 days, or finished treatment in the last 6 months; be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; be treated in the U.S. or a U.S. territory; and need help with financial assistance, health or disability insurance navigation, workplace benefits, or access to care.
