Qualifying customers who live on federally recognized tribal lands may get up to an additional $25 discount. Illinois and Ohio customers may be eligible for an installation credit. Michigan seniors (65 and older) may receive an additional monthly discount.To begin the application process, fill out the Lifeline National Verifier, then call AT&T at 855-977-3859.
