Who this is for
Passengers generally must have financial need, a compelling reason they cannot use regular transportation, be medically stable and ambulatory, sit upright, wear a seat belt, provide income and need information, and have a doctor or social worker verify the need. A physician medical release is required.
How to apply
Call the mission request hotline or complete the passenger mission request form; after qualification, Mercy Flight Southeast sends a medical release form to the physician before scheduling.
