Who this is for
Patient must be age 15-39 with a sarcoma diagnosis and be actively in treatment or within one year of completing treatment. The application must be completed by a treating oncology team member such as a physician, social worker, nurse practitioner, or nurse. Each patient may receive one grant at this time.
