Who this is for
Children of current active duty, active duty Reserve, or active duty National Guard U.S. Army members; children of former Army members with honorable or medical discharge or who died while serving; or spouses of serving enlisted active duty Army members. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, have at least a 2.0 GPA, be in or entering undergraduate or post-high-school vocational/technical study, have family AGI of $160,000 or less, and not already have a bachelor's degree. Children of Army members must not have reached age 24 by the application deadline.
