Residents of Union City, Fairburn, Palmetto, College Park, East Point, Hapeville, City of South Fulton, or Chattahoochee Hills who can show need; not eligible if they received Zion Hill CDC assistance in the last 12 months. Required documents include IDs for all adults in the household, proof of all household income, two FDIC Money Smart course completion certificates, lease and late notice for rent help, and recent utility bills for utility help.
