Child must have cancer; brain tumors must be high grade III or IV or anaplastic. Child must have been diagnosed on or before age 18 and treated before age 21. Child must be a U.S. citizen or have had a green card for 12 months with no prior history of the current illness. Applying guardian must have less than $5,000 in checking, savings, or similar accessible accounts.
