Applicants must be uninsured or underinsured, ineligible for full Medicaid coverage, Georgia residents, U.S. citizens or qualified lawful permanent residents, at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Limit, medically in need of cancer-related diagnostic or active treatment services, and accepted by a physician affiliated with a participating facility.
How to apply
