DPH FindHelp is an online tool for finding free or reduced-cost public health and community services.

DPH Home Visiting ProgramProgram

Public health nurses or trained community health workers visit moms and babies from pregnancy through the baby's first year. They visit wherever the family feels comfortable and help spot warning signs, answer questions and connect families to local help.

Falls Free CheckUpService

An online check to see your own risk of falling. The page also links to webinars on preventing falls.

Food service inspections and complaintsService

You can search restaurant inspection results online. For complaints, record requests or other local questions, you contact your county environmental health office.

Georgia WICProgram

DPH's home page has links to apply for WIC and to Georgia eWIC. The pages we have do not describe who qualifies or what WIC provides.

Immunization record requestsService

You can ask DPH for a copy of your shot record using an online request form. The record comes from the state registry, which may not have everything, especially shots before 2003.
