The NPU-I sprint begins
The NPU-I sprint begins
This summer, ATL Care and the NPU-I Advisory Group are doing something simple and a little radical: calling every single organization that serves Neighborhood Planning Unit I — Adair Park, Capitol View, Oakland City, Sylvan Hills, and their neighbors — and checking that the information people depend on is true.
Why NPU-I?
Because southwest Atlanta deserves a directory that works as hard as it does. NPU-I has deep community roots and real gaps in services — and you can't fix a gap you can't see. Our public gap map will show, block by block, where the safety net is strong and where it's thin.
What "verified" means here
A real person confirmed the phone number rings, the doors open when the listing says they do, and the program still exists. When an organization confirms its own listing, you'll see the badge. When a neighbor checks it, you'll see their name and when.
Want in?
We need callers, walkers, and neighbors who know things. An hour helps. Reply to this email and we'll find you a job-sized job.
