Gardening activities help residents move, use their senses, feel less alone and feel better. Seeds for Seniors is the gardening part of this program. A horticultural therapist leads it.

This is skilled nursing care for older adults who need ongoing help, with staff watching over residents day and night. All rooms are private. Most services are included in the daily room rate.

The Cobb home has a memory care community with private rooms in a newly built building. Staff make a personal care plan for each person from the first day.

Music Therapy and Songs for SeniorsProgram

Music therapy uses each person's favorite music to help with body, mind, feelings and social needs. In Songs for Seniors, trained staff make personal playlists on music players so residents can listen to songs they love.

Onsite WellStar Medical Services at CobbService

At the Cobb home, a WellStar medical director and a geriatric nurse practitioner give medical care on site.G. Rhodes has a formal agreement with WellStar Health System.

Rhodes to HomeProgram

A bridge program that helps patients move safely from hospital care back home with a care plan and continued outpatient therapy when needed.

Senior Activities and ProgramsProgram

Residents and patients can join programs, performances, events and outings. A monthly newsletter shows what is going on. The courtyard and outdoor area are open to residents and their families.

Short-Term Rehabilitation and RecoveryService

Older adults can stay for a few weeks or months after surgery, an injury or an illness. They get nursing care and therapy while they get stronger, then go home.
