E4U PrEP CareService

Aniz offers free PrEP consultations to see if PrEP is right for you. PrEP is a daily pill that can lower the chance of getting HIV.

E4U PrEP Program and PrEP 2 GoProgram

PrEP consultations, PrEP navigation, HIV/STI screening, counseling, and insurance assistance for people who are HIV-negative and may benefit from PrEP.

Health EducationProgram

Aniz runs health and wellness education programs for people from teens to older adults. The teaching is aimed at people at higher risk for mental health problems, substance use, and STIs.

HIV/STI TestingService

Aniz tests for HIV and other STIs, and connects people to care. Testing is offered at the office and in the community.

Housing Assistance / Rapid Rehousing Lift 2.0Program

Aniz helps people and families experiencing homelessness with intake, assessment, case management, housing placement, and wraparound support.

Mental Health GroupProgram

A weekly support group about mental health and substance use, led by a licensed facilitator. It is open to everyone.

Counselors and a therapist offer one-on-one and group therapy, peer support, and case management. It helps people dealing with stress, past hard times, homelessness, or substance use.
