Arthritis Ambassador ProgramProgram

Volunteers who share their stories with their federal and state elected officials to help change policy on arthritis. Ambassadors give about two hours a month.

Arthritis Foundation Live Yes! Connect GroupsService

Connect Groups are support groups for adults with arthritis, parents or guardians of kids with juvenile arthritis, and caregivers. Members share experiences and join educational events.

Arthritis HelplineService

Trained staff answer questions about arthritis by phone or web chat on weekdays. They can talk about insurance enrollment, Medicare drug plan changes, treatment options and finding your way around the medical system.

Clinical Trial SearchService

A tool to search for arthritis clinical trials by arthritis type and location, with plain explanations of how trials work.

Find a DoctorService

A search tool to find health care providers near you who have experience treating arthritis. A separate list shows providers in the Partners for Patients program.

JA Camp Volunteer CounselorProgram

Adults can volunteer as counselors at JA Camp. No medical experience is needed, and training is provided. The process includes an application, interview, background check, virtual training and on-site orientation.

JA CampsProgram

Medically supervised camps for kids and teens with juvenile arthritis or childhood rheumatic diseases, ages 8-17. Camps are held in several states; none on the list are in Georgia. Resident camp costs $25 and family camp costs $50 for up to 4 people.

Juvenile Arthritis Power PackService

A pack of tools for families of a child with juvenile arthritis. It has a parent guide, a teacher's guide, a hot/cold comfort item and a book for the child. Packs come for ages 0-8, 9-12 and 13-18.
