ANDP builds and fixes up homes and sells them at affordable prices. You can look at homes for sale on its home-sales website or call its housing hotline.

Affordable RentalsService

ANDP has affordable apartments at several properties and a small number of single-family homes for rent. For some rental homes, a tenant can choose a lease that leads to buying the home.

ANDP Loan FundProgram

ANDP lends money to builders and developers who make affordable, mixed-use or mixed-income housing. It offers loans for buying land, early planning, construction and short-term bridge needs. This is for developers, not for people buying a home.

ANDP Veterans ProgramProgram

ANDP reserves some affordable homes and provides up to $15,000 in homebuyer assistance for eligible veterans, active-duty military, reserve or guard members, and Gold Star family members.

Atlanta Single-Family Preservation InitiativeProgram

This initiative preserves affordable single-family rental homes by acquiring and rehabbing homes and duplexes in Atlanta and nearby areas.

Neighbors TogetherProgram

Neighbors Together helps neighborhood leaders build skills. Leaders get free access to local, state and national experts. ANDP says over a thousand leaders have joined its leadership training.

Partnerships for Stalled or Affordable Apartment ProjectsService

ANDP wants to team up with developers whose affordable apartment projects are stalled. In a typical deal, ANDP buys the land and leases it to the project for 65 years to lower costs.

Policy and Community EngagementProgram

ANDP advocates for affordable housing policy and convenes partners around housing affordability, displacement, foreclosure recovery, and neighborhood stabilization.
