Police and vigilante mistreatment reportingService

You can report bad, physical, or inappropriate contact with police, vigilantes, stores, or restaurants. The report is anonymous and confidential, and a listener supports you while you tell it.

Safe PassageProgram

Safe Passage is a method listeners use when Black trans people, sex workers, and Black women call while they are in danger or being followed.

Stop-and-Frisk Crisis Counseling ProgramProgram

A mental health program for Black, Indigenous, and other young people of color ages 12 to 25. It is for those who have faced police stops, searches, harassment, or violence from any law enforcement.

Training, Liberation and TransformationService

BlackLine trains and coaches organizations. It offers one-day or half-day trainings on oppression, sexual assault, domestic violence, and racism, plus staff development sessions and help with conflict.

Volunteer Listener ProgramProgram

Volunteers take a four-hour virtual crisis counseling training from BlackLine. Then they answer calls and texts from a private place, for at least four hours a week.
