Camp Divas for Girls Summer SeriesProgram

A summer day camp for girls ages 9 to 15 who have weight challenges. Campers learn about nutrition, do fitness activities, take field trips and make art. It meets in person at the Community Teaching Kitchen.

's healthy eating programs. It offers cooking classes, food tastings, health workshops and food distributions, in person and online. Groups and companies can also book events there.

Cooking with C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Family Workshop SeriesProgram

A three-week online cooking workshop series for families with kids 8 and up. A chef leads the classes, and the meals use affordable ingredients. The most active families are invited to an in-person graduation class.

Culinary Apprenticeship ProgramProgram

A six-month program that teaches kitchen basics, food safety, catering and food budgeting. It also covers basic accounting and small business skills. Graduates can look for food service jobs or start a catering business.

Event Space Rental at The CommonsService

The Commons is an event space in downtown Atlanta that you can rent. It holds up to 120 seated or 200 standing guests and has a stage and a commercial kitchen. Catering, setup and security are also available.

Mobile Food Pantry ProgramProgram

A mobile pantry that gives out fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. It is aimed at families and seniors who have trouble getting affordable food. Cooking classes on stretching food and budgeting go along with it.

Snack and Story Time Children's Literacy SeriesProgram

A reading and snack-making program for children ages 3 to 10. Kids make a healthy snack, then enjoy a live story. Schools can book it as a virtual field trip, and kits are delivered to the school.
