Claratel offers adults counseling, group and family therapy, psychiatric care and medicine, case management, peer support, and a pharmacy. Telehealth may be an option.

APEX School Based ProgramProgram

Claratel works with local schools to offer therapy, crisis help, and community support to students in school.

Central Access and IntakeService

Claratel has one Central Access phone number and email address for reaching the agency. There is also a phone line for people who are hearing impaired.

Child & Adolescent ServicesService

Claratel offers outpatient care and community support for children and teens with behavior, emotional, or substance use problems. Services include play therapy, group and family therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medicine, crisis help, and an onsite pharmacy.

Co-responder Program / Mobile Crisis ServicesProgram

A licensed counselor and police officer respond together to evaluate and help people having a mental health crisis in the community.

Community Living ServicesService

Claratel offers shared homes with help around the clock, support for people who live with family or on their own, and Host Homes where a person lives with a caring host family.

DeKalb Regional Crisis CenterService

Claratel's crisis center has its own address and phone number in Decatur. It is next to the main Winn Way campus.

Developmental Disabilities Residential ServicesProgram

Claratel's residential program gives people a place to live along with extra support. The goal is to help each person live a healthy, complete life of their own choosing. Residents get weekly case management and help building skills.
