Staff help you get mammograms, colonoscopies, and endoscopies for free. They also refer you for low-cost or free imaging and procedures, depending on your finances.

Internal Specialty CareService

On-site specialty clinics for women's health, eye care, skin care, heart care, ultrasound imaging, and mental health. New patients must first have a general exam at the clinic.

Mental Health ServicesService

The clinic offers mental health screening, diagnosis, one-on-one therapy, and help with psychiatric medicine. A psychiatry clinic is held once a month. Patients can also be referred to Claratel Behavioral Health.

On-site Prescription DispensaryService

After your appointment, you can get your prescriptions filled at the clinic for free. For refills, make a follow-up appointment.

Patient Health NavigationService

Health navigators help current patients understand the health system, get ready for outside specialist visits, learn about their health, and get medicine help. They also arrange appointments and talk about prices for patients.

Prescription AssistanceService

This service helps people get medicines they need at a lower cost or at no cost. It is for people of all ages who live with chronic illness, including those who are low-income or uninsured.

Primary and Preventive CareService

A clinic visit with a doctor, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner for people who have no insurance or cannot afford their plan's costs. You pay a flat fee before your visit.

Volunteer as a Provider or Clinic HelperProgram

The clinic needs licensed providers (doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners) and also helpers such as medical scribes, phlebotomists, and patient navigators. Volunteers work set weekly shifts.
