American Red Cross Resiliency WorkshopsProgram

The Coalition is working with the American Red Cross on workshops for members of its America's Little Helpers group. The classes teach communication and coping skills.

Conferences and RetreatsProgram

Offers all-expenses-paid retreats and conferences for severely wounded veterans and their families to build peer support and learn about resources.

Emergency Financial AidService

Helps qualified wounded post-9/11 veterans with urgent money problems, such as overdue bills. You apply online, and help depends on the funds on hand.

Emergency Food Boxes and National Food TruckService

With partner charities, the Coalition helps give emergency food boxes and books to military families in need. It also runs a National Food Truck program.

Employment and Transition ResourcesService

A page of national job and career programs for veterans, including employers, mentoring, job boards and transition help. Each listed group sets its own rules and has its own contact.

Heroes Thanking HeroesService

This short-term program helps severely wounded veterans, their spouses, or caregivers with work at home and job placement support. It is for adults age 18 and older who are veterans or caregivers.

Online Education and TrainingProgram

The Coalition says it can connect veterans to an online course to keep learning or get a better job. The pages give few details.
