Group HomesProgram

CFI runs three group homes in the metro Atlanta area with care around the clock. Staff teach daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, money management and riding the bus.

Intensive Case ManagementProgram

Coordinated care for people who are often in state psychiatric hospitals, jails, or emergency rooms, or who are chronically homeless.

Path Homeless Outreach and Case ManagementService

Outreach workers build trust with people who are homeless, assess their needs, and connect them to housing and other resources.

Peer Support ProgramProgram

Certified Peer Specialists, who are in recovery themselves, meet with people one-on-one and in groups. There are also outings, celebrations, and learning activities.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation ProgramProgram

Daily groups where adults practice skills for living in the community, like cooking, managing money, and handling symptoms. Lunch is served each day.

Rehab HousingProgram

Supportive housing for adults with a mental health need. It includes three group homes with staff around the clock, and two apartment complexes where two people share each unit.

Specialty HousingProgram

Supportive housing with housing vouchers and care services for adults with a severe, ongoing mental health need. Staff help with things like case management, medicine checks, and skills training.

Volunteer OpportunitiesService

Individuals and company groups can volunteer for one-time projects like serving holiday meals, packing outreach bags, and mock interviews, or for ongoing roles.
