Group HomesProgram

CFI runs three group homes in the metro Atlanta area with care around the clock. Staff teach daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, money management and riding the bus.

Intensive Case ManagementProgram

Case management for people leaving state psychiatric hospitals, frequent emergency room users, people with justice involvement and people who are chronically homeless.

PATH Homeless OutreachProgram

Outreach staff build trust with people who are homeless, assess needs and link them to resources including housing.

PATH ProgramProgram

PATH provides outreach and case management for people with mental illness who are homeless.

Peer Support ProgramProgram

Certified peer specialists, who are in recovery themselves, support others who live with mental health challenges. People take part in one-on-one sessions, groups, community outings and social activities, and lunch is served daily.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation ProgramProgram

This is a daily skills program, also called PsychoSocial Rehabilitation or PSR. Groups teach living, social, school, job and independent living skills to help people stay well in the community. Lunch is served each day.

Rehab Housing - ApartmentsService

CFI runs two apartment complexes where two adults share each unit. Staff are on call day and night and help with shopping, meals, cleaning and budgeting.

Specialty HousingProgram

Specialty Housing gives supportive housing and care services to adults with serious, long-lasting mental health needs who have housing vouchers. Services include case management, medication monitoring and skills training. A person must live in a 3Keys property that CFI supports.
