Community Service Center / Drop-in ServicesService

A drop-in center for young people who are homeless, even if they do not live at Covenant House. Youth can shower, do laundry, eat, check mail, get a housing assessment, and meet a case manager.

Corporate VolunteeringProgram

Work teams can volunteer together, for example by packing kits, cooking a meal, doing a service day, or leading a job readiness class or career panel for the youth. A staff member can come to your workplace for kit packing.

Covey Guild Women's GroupProgram

A group of women who volunteer to support the young people through special events and projects, like monthly birthday parties, care kits, prom, and holiday events. Members pay annual dues and finish a training.

Educational Program (Academic Learning Community)Program

Classes and support for school goals, including GED prep, adult basic education, and college readiness. It also offers hands-on trade training.

Experiential and Non-Traditional TherapyService

Creative and active therapy such as art and movement. It helps youth heal and build coping skills.

Family TherapyService

Family therapy and support for youth whose housing goal may be to return to their family. It helps families talk better and work through hard things like grief or loss.

Gift of Hope ApartmentService

Long-term apartment-style housing with support for young adults who are ready to move toward living on their own. The apartments are on the Covenant House campus.

Group CounselingService

Group sessions for young people who share similar experiences. Staff guide each session so it stays respectful and safe.
