Adult Day Services ProgramProgram

A day program for adults with disabilities who are over 18. Adults build daily living and social skills in small groups, join clubs, and go on outings. A nurse is on staff.

Champions for ChildrenProgram

Gives direct money help and support services to Georgia children with special needs and their families. A coordinator works with each family to find out what they need and connect them to services. It is mainly for children who do not qualify for Katie Beckett Medicaid.

Child Care ServicesService

Child care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Learning is through play. Within a month of enrolling, staff assess the child and set goals, then work on them every day.

Community Access IndividualProgram

Adults receive one-to-one support to go into the community, practice life skills, build social connections, and become more independent.

Family Support ProgramProgram

Helps families pay for health services and medical care that insurance does not cover, and provides basic supplies. It helps families, including those caring for older relatives, keep their loved one at home.

Georgia Pre-KProgram

A free full-day Pre-K for four-year-olds that gets children ready for kindergarten. It includes free meals and field trips. Before and after-school care is available for a fee.

School-Aged ProgramProgram

An after-school, summer and holiday program for ages 6 to 22. It builds safety, social and personal care skills. Staff make a care plan that matches the child's school IEP.

Specialized Medical SuppliesProgram

Provides incontinence supplies, nutrition supplements and over-the-counter medicines related to a disability. It supports people on the NOW/COMP Medicaid Waiver. Staff help with budgets and ship supplies.
