FAVOR connects families to resources and helps them speak up to get the services they need. It offers a place to talk one-on-one or in a group, job readiness for young adults, and furniture bank referrals.

Become a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS-P or CPS-Y)Program

FAVOR takes applications from parents and from young adults who want to train as peer specialists. The parent track is for parents or legal guardians raising a child with a behavioral health condition. The youth track is for ages 18 to 26 with their own lived experience.

Certified Peer Specialist-Parent Peer Support ServiceService

A trained parent peer with lived experience supports parents and caregivers of a youth with behavioral health needs. They help families learn the systems, speak up for their child, and support recovery at home, at school, and in the community. There is also a group version.

Clothes ClosetService

FAVOR YOUTH MOVE is a Georgia Youth MOVE chapter. Young people who are Certified Youth Peer Specialists support other youth and young adults. They share resources, teach about rights and health needs, and speak up for youth in mental health systems.
