YourTown Health works with Pathways Center for mental health and substance use care. Services include counseling, psychiatric care, outpatient care, peer support, 24/7 crisis residential care, and detox. You schedule by calling a Pathways phone number.

Dental CareService

The Palmetto dental team has full-time dentists and hygienists. They do exams, cleanings, fluoride, X-rays, sealants, fillings, pulled teeth, crowns, bridges, and deep cleanings. The clinic no longer makes dentures.

Free At-Home HIV TestsService

You can pick up a free at-home HIV test at the Palmetto or Senoia office. You do not need an appointment.

HIV Prevention and Treatment ProgramProgram

This program at 507 Park St. in Palmetto offers HIV testing, risk counseling, and PrEP and PEP medicine. Staff also link people to help with housing, work, food, utilities, and crisis support. Prices are lower with the sliding fee scale.

Obstetrics & Gynecology ProgramProgram

The Palmetto office has an obstetrics clinic on Wednesdays. YourTown Health lists obstetrics and gynecology among the services it offers.

Palmetto QuickCareService

QuickCare is a YourTown Health site at 507 Park St. in Palmetto. It is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. HIV and STI prevention and treatment are also offered at this site.

Pediatric and Adolescent CareService

Children from newborns to age 18 can get yearly checkups, shots, and visits for small illnesses and injuries. Some child vaccines at Palmetto come through the state Vaccines for Children program.

Prescription Mail DeliveryProgram

The pharmacy mails prescriptions securely to the home and offers 90-day supplies when available.
