Members can talk to a licensed doctor by phone or video at any hour for common illnesses and minor injuries. Doctors can also give short emergency refills for some long-term conditions.

Virtual Mental Health CareService

Members can talk with a licensed professional counselor by phone or video about things like stress, anxiety, depression, grief and family problems. A call line is open all day and night, and then a counselor sets up follow-up sessions.

Virtual Primary CareService

This program lets members build an ongoing relationship with a doctor by phone or video. It includes lab access, health education, expanded mental health support and referrals to specialists. One page says it is still launching.

Virtual Social CareService

Volunteer health advocates screen members for needs and help them find housing, food, utility, transportation and other help. They also teach members how to use online referral sites.
