Behavioral health counselingService

Christ-based counseling for depression, anxiety, stress, grief, low self-esteem and family or marriage problems. It is built into the clinic's primary care. It also includes group therapy, referrals, and screening and treatment for substance use.

Dental careService

Dentists, hygienists and assistants provide exams, cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns, dentures and simple tooth removal. It is for people 10 and older. Dental visits are paid out of pocket, not through insurance.

Emergency dental extractionService

The clinic can pull a tooth in an emergency when the schedule allows. You should call first to ask if there is room.

Health educationService

Patients can learn about diabetes, nutrition, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol and breast cancer screening. Teachers include pharmacists, pharmacy students and licensed educators who work with the patient's doctor.

Help with prescription costsService

You can get help with ongoing prescription medicine needs.

Medical care (primary care)Service

Doctors, nurse practitioners and other staff care for adults and children. Visits include checkups, short-term illnesses, long-term conditions and women's health. Patients can get medicine from the on-site dispensary.

Spiritual health and prayerService

Patients can meet with a staff chaplain in the Prayer Room. They can turn in prayer requests, learn about faith, find a church, or pray with the Prayer Team.

Telehealth visitsService

You can see a provider by telehealth for short-term needs like colds, rashes, urinary infections, allergies, medicine refills and lab or x-ray results. Call to set up an appointment.
