Christ-based counseling for depression, anxiety, stress, grief and family or marriage conflict. Counseling is part of primary care. It also includes group therapy, referrals, medication counseling, and screening and treatment for substance use.

Dental Care ProgramProgram

Dentists, hygienists and assistants give exams, cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns, dentures and simple tooth removal. Because of provider shortages, only a limited number of new patients are taken, through online registration once a month.

Emergency Dental ExtractionService

Emergency tooth removal may be offered when the schedule has room. The price includes an X-ray and a mouth exam. Call to ask.

Health EducationService

Pharmacists, pharmacy students and licensed educators teach patients about health topics. They work closely with each patient's doctor. Topics include diabetes, nutrition, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol and breast cancer screening.

Medication Dispensary and Patient Assistance ProgramsService

Patients can get medicines through the on-site dispensary.

Primary CareService

Doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurses see adults and children. Visits include checkups, short-term illnesses, long-term conditions and women's health. New patients must register online first.

Spiritual HealthService

Patients can meet with a staff chaplain in the Prayer Room. They can also fill out prayer cards, pray with the Prayer Team, or ask for help finding a church.

Telehealth VisitsService

Patients can have some visits by telehealth. These include medicine refills, lab orders, colds, rashes, and depression or anxiety. Call to set up a visit.
