Online visits for things like colds, rashes, pink eye, and minor ear infections, plus EKG heart tests. Lab tests include flu, strep, urine infection, cholesterol, pregnancy, diabetes, STDs, drug screening, and HIV.

Adult HealthService

Check-ups and ongoing care for adults 18 and older. This includes shots, help with long-term conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, and care for minor cuts that need stitching.

Behavioral HealthService

Mental and emotional health support for concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, sleep problems, parenting, and relationships.

Children's HealthService

Pediatric care for children, including wellness checks, sports and school physicals, shots, hearing and vision screenings, and help with mental health and long-term conditions. Two clinics are inside local schools.

Dental Services at Abernathy and Douglasville ClinicsService

Dental care at the Abernathy and Douglasville clinics, both newly open. It includes x-rays, cleanings, fluoride, sealants, fillings, crowns, extractions, and emergency treatment.

Family Medicine at Cascade Road and DouglasvilleService

Family medicine at the main site on Cascade Rd and the Douglasville clinic. Care covers check-ups, screenings, shots, long-term conditions, women's health, behavioral health, and children's care.

Healthy Mamas ATLProgram

A support program for expectant mothers. Along with prenatal care, it offers help with rides to doctor visits, food and nutrition advice, mental health counseling, care for conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, and a patient navigator.

Hollis Innovation Academy School ClinicService

A health clinic inside Hollis Innovation Academy. It offers well-child exams, sports physicals, sick visits, flu shots, and required school vaccines. Some tests are done only with a parent's approval.
