LifeLine runs clinics with lower-cost vet care. The Community Animal Center clinic offers vaccines, dental care and surgery. The Fulton County Animal Services clinic offers yearly exams, vaccines, and flea, tick and heartworm prevention.

Helps people who care for community cat colonies. It offers Trap-Neuter-Return help plus discounted spay/neuter surgeries and vaccines.

County Animal Shelters and AdoptionService

LifeLine runs the DeKalb and Fulton County animal shelters. They are open-intake shelters, so no animal is turned away. People can adopt dogs and cats there, and adoption includes spay/neuter, a microchip and vaccines.

Foster ProgramProgram

People can foster shelter pets at home. LifeLine promotes fostering, including holiday fostering of dogs. The pages we read do not list the rules or steps.

Home FreeProgram

If your lost pet is brought to the shelter for the first time, LifeLine waives the reclaim fees and any dog-at-large citation so you can get your pet back at no cost.

Low-Cost Spay & Neuter ClinicService

LifeLine's spay and neuter clinics do low-cost surgeries for pets. They help control pet overpopulation and can help pets live longer.

Mobile Clinic and Free DeKalb Pet ServicesService

With DeKalb County, LifeLine's Mobile Clinic gives free vaccines to pets of DeKalb residents who cannot pay for low-cost clinic services. Free exams and microchips are offered too.
