A case manager checks what you need, makes a plan just for you, and connects you to health and social services. They also check how the plan is working.

Volunteers make meals every week for people who are homeless. The meals are handed out in areas where many people are homeless.

H-I-P (HIV Intervention and Prevention)Program

An HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention program for people at risk and people living with HIV in Fulton and DeKalb Counties. A Street Team shares information about testing and counseling in high-risk neighborhoods. People who test positive are connected to medical services.

Health Education / Risk ReductionProgram

Trainings, workshops, consultations and outreach on health, shaped to fit different communities. The program also works with community groups around Georgia.

MAWH Food PantryService

An on-site food pantry that gives healthy food to residents. The pages describe it as being for residents who live on site.

Peer Support / Residential MentorsService

Residential mentors give hands-on support and encouragement to new clients. They help clients find their way through the services available.
