Activities, field trips and equine therapyService

Girls can join arts, sewing, cooking, writing, dance, sports and gardening, plus field trips and horse therapy. Optional spiritual classes and Bible studies are offered.

Education and schoolingService

Girls are taught at the home with a plan that fits each girl. Courses include core classes, and girls can work toward a high school equivalency credential.

Medical, dental and psychiatric careService

Girls in the home get medical care, dental care, and help managing medicine. They also have chances to exercise.

Mental health and substance abuse therapyService

Residents receive psychological evaluations, individual and group trauma counseling, psychiatric medication management, and substance abuse therapy if needed.

Residential recovery and rehabilitation programProgram

A long-term, secure group home for girls from birth to 18 who survived human trafficking. Girls have private bedrooms and baths and get care, schooling, and support to rebuild their lives.

Transition planningProgram

Staff help girls plan what comes after the program, such as independent living or transitional housing, school, therapy, work and a safe place to live. Girls not ready to leave at 18 may stay until 21.

Volunteering with MetanoiaProgram

Metanoia is looking for volunteers to help the girls, such as tutors, classroom aides, mentors, and helpers for crafts, cooking, trips and office work. Volunteers apply and are trained.
