NSPIRE Outreach

Clothing Drive and Donation PickupService

NSPIRE collects new or gently used clothing from donors and can pick it up from your home. The clothing goes to program participants, then to homeless people and shelters, and the rest is sold to fund the programs.

Food and Nutrition ProgramProgram

This program gives a nutritious meal and bottled water to people who are homeless in Atlanta. It is for people of all ages.

Health and FitnessProgram

Part of the NSPIRE programs: guided workouts each week and a focus on healthy eating and living without drugs or alcohol. Participants have random drug and alcohol tests.

HOPE for Domestic ViolenceProgram

A 12-month program from NSPIRE's sister ministry for single women and single mothers leaving domestic violence. It offers housing, work, counseling, school, job training and life skills.

NSPIRE EducationProgram

Schooling built into the NSPIRE programs, such as GED help, online certificates, technical or trade school, or college. Participants also take life skills classes.

NSPIRE Job Training and EmploymentProgram

Participants are hired and trained, starting as customer service representatives for the clothing drive. Other jobs include the call center, pickup teams and clothing distribution. Some people can also earn training certificates or apprenticeships.

NSPIRE LaunchProgram

A 13-week live-in program for men and women trying to leave homelessness. It brings together housing, work, school, counseling, health support, clothing and life skills.

NSPIRE LifeProgram

A 6-month, longer version of NSPIRE Launch with housing, work, school, counseling and health support. Participants pay no housing cost for the first 13 weeks and a share for the final part.
