Parents of children with disabilities or special health care needs can volunteer as a Supporting Parent. They finish an online training and are then matched with parents who want support.

Family to Family Health Information Center (F2F HIC)Service

Gives families of children with special health care needs, and the professionals who serve them, one-on-one help and training about health care. It helps families find their way through Georgia's health care system and connects them to local resources.

P2P Support GroupsProgram

Support groups let parents meet other families, share emotional support, and learn about local resources. Groups are across Georgia, and there are online options too.

Parent Training Information Center (PTI)Service

Georgia's federally funded center that helps families of children with disabilities understand early intervention, special education and transition services. It also helps teens and young adults learn to speak up for themselves.
