Family Support and Emergency ServicesService

Short-term money help for households in a crisis, such as rent, mortgage, utilities or emergency lodging. You first fill out a screening, which may lead to an appointment with a case worker.

LIHEAP CoolingProgram

Gives a one-time payment toward a home electric bill for households under the income limit. The program is closed right now.

LIHEAP HeatingProgram

Gives a one-time payment toward a home heating bill for households under the income limit. The program is closed now, and 2026-2027 details are coming late 2026.
