RE:IMAGINE works with school districts to bring hands-on digital arts workshops to students. Students try camera work, audio recording, sound design, acting, and lighting.

Embrace the MessProgram

A storytelling curriculum for school or after-school that builds trust and community and helps break down barriers between teachers and students. It runs as a one-week intensive, a summer camp, or over a semester.

EMERGE ApprenticeshipsProgram

A one-year apprenticeship for ages 16 to 24 with technical training, mentoring, industry certifications, and paid on-the-job work. Application tracks include post-production, sound design, and digital storytelling and new age journalism.

Equipment RentalService

People can get certified at Open Studio monthly sessions and then rent RE:IMAGINE equipment. A sign-up link is on the resources page.

Field Trips and ToursProgram

Full-day trips for students to Atlanta studios and media sites where they meet film and media professionals.

Mock SetsProgram

Full-day or half-day workshops where local filmmakers and media creatives teach students in a setting that works like a real production set. Student work can go into portfolios and resumes.

No Comment FellowshipProgram

A two-month summer filmmaking fellowship for ages 16 to 24. Fellows learn film theory and storytelling and make an original short film in a small group.

Open StudioProgram

Monthly workshops for young people ages 14 to 24. They cover leadership, meeting industry professionals, portfolio review with mock interviews, and money skills.
