Connect DeskService

A walk-in desk where staff help you with clothing, hygiene items, showers, laundry, lockers, a mobile computer lab, and phone use. They also help you get started with SafeHouse's other programs.

Connect TeamProgram

A mobile team that goes to encampments, drop-in and warming centers, and bridges to meet people who have no shelter. They help with hygiene and food, case management, ID and benefits help, job training, and rides.

Coordinated Entry Mobile SiteProgram

SafeHouse works with Partners for Home, part of the City of Atlanta's Continuum of Care, to connect people who are homeless with housing resources. The team works so people can reach the full range of housing options in the city.

Financial AssistanceProgram

Help with short-term rapid re-housing costs, back rent and utilities, and eviction prevention. Case management and other support come with it to help people keep their housing.

Impact MealsService

SafeHouse serves hot meals called Impact Meals, with help from volunteer groups. Groups can serve one evening or sign on as monthly meal partners.

Navigating ServicesService

SafeHouse Outreach helps people who are homeless with housing, basic needs, and support for health and recovery. It is for teens, young adults, adults, seniors, and other people in need.

Problem SolversService

Case managers meet with walk-in guests to look at their needs and point them to services. They help with ID papers, SNAP/EBT, homeless verification letters, family reunification, and medical and substance use referrals.

Rapid Re-HousingProgram

Longer-term rapid re-housing help, up to 12 months. To be considered, a person has to go through the City of Atlanta Coordinated Entry process.
