Connect DeskService

A walk-in desk where a staff member greets you and helps you get started. They can connect you to clothing, hygiene items, showers, laundry, lockers, a mobile computer lab and phone access. They also link you to SafeHouse programs.

Connect Team (street outreach)Service

A mobile team goes to people who are unsheltered, at encampments, drop-in and warming centers, and bridges. They help with hygiene and nutrition, case management, ID help, benefits help, job training and transportation.

Coordinated Entry Mobile SiteService

SafeHouse works with Partners for Home to link people who are homeless to housing help in the city. The team helps people reach the housing choices available in Atlanta.

Financial AssistanceService

Help to stay housed, including short-term rapid re-housing, back rent and utilities, and eviction prevention. Case management and other support come with it. You must apply in person.

Impact MealsProgram

Impact Meals are evening meals that volunteer groups provide and serve with SafeHouse. Groups can serve one evening or become monthly partners. Individuals can also help a group serve.

Impact Service (nightly meals)Program

Hot meals served downtown five nights a week to people living in extreme poverty.

Problem SolversService

Case managers help walk-in clients sort out what they need. They help with ID papers, SNAP/EBT, homeless verification letters, family reunification, and medical and substance use referrals.

Rapid RehousingProgram

Rapid Rehousing gives help for up to 12 months to people trying to get into housing. You must first go through the City of Atlanta Coordinated Entry process.
