Share gives comfort kits to parents after a loss, and backpacks called sibling bags to help children cope with the death of a brother or sister. Ask Share to request one for yourself or someone you love.

Companion ProgramProgram

Companions are bereaved parents trained by Share to give extra peer support to parents who have just lost a baby. Support can come in the hospital, by phone or online, or at groups and memorial events.

Difficult Decision Support ChatProgram

A monthly text chat for people who ended a wanted pregnancy because the mother's or baby's life was in danger. It meets on the first Wednesday evening.

Free Resource Packets and BrochuresService

Share sends free packets of grief information and brochures to bereaved parents, grandparents and professionals. Materials come in English and Spanish.

Online Guides: Rights of Parents, Funeral Planning, and Helpful ResourcesService

Share's website has free reading for grieving families. It explains parents' rights after a baby dies, gives ideas for planning a funeral or memorial, and lists other organizations that can help with money, grief and specific needs.

Online Zoom Support MeetingProgram

A monthly video support meeting on Zoom for parents grieving the loss of a baby. It meets on the third Monday of each month.

Phone and Email Grief SupportService

You can call or email Share's national office to talk with someone who listens and helps you find resources. Phone support is also offered to grandparents.

Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support ChatProgram

A weekly, moderated text chat where families who lost a baby share stories and support each other. There is no video; it is all typed.
