A free box for parents with cancer or preventive surgery. It has materials to help explain the illness to children and a starter set of games and activities. The clinical team contacts you to tailor it before shipping.

Clinical SupportService

Private, one-on-one talks with Sharsheret's clinical team, which includes trained social workers, mental health professionals and genetic counselors. They help you cope with feelings, understand your situation and make choices. This is also called the LINK Program.

Financial AssistanceService

Sharsheret works with you to find financial help, such as aid options, patient assistance programs and urgent funding.0 subsidies.

Free Professional TrainingProgram

Sharsheret gives free training to medical professionals, Jewish communal professionals, mikvah attendants and others so they can meet the needs of people facing cancer. Trainings can include CEU credits.

Free Resource KitsService

Sharsheret offers free kits and resources for cancer patients, such as a Newly Diagnosed Kit, Genetics Packet, Survivorship Kit, Mastectomy Kit, Treatment Care Kit and Financial Wellness Tool Kit. The Newly Diagnosed Kit request also connects you with the clinical team.

Genetic CounselingService

A private talk with Sharsheret's board-certified genetic counselor about BRCA and other gene changes, family history and testing. They can also set up family conference calls so relatives can join.

Patient NavigationService

Sharsheret helps you build your medical team and gives you questions to ask each professional. It can connect you with others who have used the doctors you are considering. It does not give medical referrals or medical advice.
