An outpatient clinic for teens and adults whose concussion recovery is long or complicated. A team of specialists works together on one care plan.

A four- to 14-week daily therapy program with housing, life skills support, medical visits, group and individual therapy, community reintegration, and follow-up coaching.

A clinic for people living with long-term pain. A team builds a personal plan that treats both the body and the emotional side of pain.

Modified Day Program TherapyProgram

A four- to six-week program with therapy two to four days per week and services matched to the client’s needs.

Rehabilitation hospital servicesService

Rehabilitation for spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, and multiple trauma, plus outpatient therapy and a concussion clinic.

SHARE Outpatient ProgramProgram

Outpatient SHARE services offered virtually or in person for clients in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia.

Single Service TherapyProgram

Short-term outpatient therapy visits with occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and possible psychology, recreation therapy, vocational counseling, case management, and peer support.

Virtual Day ProgramProgram

Telehealth-based SHARE care that starts with a three-day in-person evaluation and then continues virtually for clients in states where Shepherd is licensed.
