A 12-week rolling program for people widowed within the last year. It has weekly Zoom meetings with guest speakers, videos, and shared resources, and you can drop in.

Public Health InitiativeProgram

Grief training for professionals and community groups, such as first responders, healthcare workers, employers, and schools. It teaches how to talk about death and respond well to someone who is grieving.

Regional Social GroupsProgram

Volunteer-led social meetups where widowed people meet and make local friends. Groups meet twice a month in public places or online. There is no presented lesson.
