A 12-week online course for Class A over-the-road drivers to build habits that lower the risk of type 2 diabetes. A trained lifestyle coach leads the group, and enrolled drivers can get tools like a scale and blood pressure cuff.

A list of outside groups and websites that help with bills, food, cancer, heart care, dental care, diabetes, home changes for disabled drivers and more. SCF points drivers there when its own help is not enough.

care, which describes doctors and counselors you can reach by smartphone or webcam video, day or night. You can register on the page.

Financial Assistance for Sick and Injured Over the Road Semi-truck DriversService

Short-term help for over-the-road drivers who cannot work because of a recent illness or injury. If approved, the fund pays a small part of essential bills straight to the companies.

Healthy Habits for the Long HaulProgram

A 12-week interactive wellness course for over-the-road drivers. It teaches eating well, moving more, handling stress, sleeping better, and managing long-term health problems like diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. Drivers get tools like a scale and blood pressure cuff.

Preventative Cancer ScreeningsProgram

Eligible Class A drivers can get free at-home screening kits for colon, prostate and cervical cancer. This is called Get Preventative Screenings (GPS). The prostate (PSA) test uses a finger prick and a prepaid mailer, and results come by email.

Rigs Without CigsProgram

A long-running program to help truck drivers quit tobacco and nicotine. The site has a savings calculator, quit tips and videos, and a link to the Become an EX site.

Telehealth PartnersService

The site has information on telehealth companies made for truck drivers, for primary care, emergency care, therapy, nutrition and more, by phone or video. It includes a chart that compares them.
