Birth Parent Support and Adoption PlanningService

Social workers help pregnant women and birth parents look at all their choices, including parenting, family care, and adoption. If someone picks adoption, the team helps them choose and meet an adoptive family.

Counseling for birth parentsService

Staff with social work degrees give options counseling during pregnancy. After an adoption is final, they stay available for emotional support, and an outside counselor is provided if more help is needed.

Help with living and medical costs for birth parentsService

A birth mother who needs help with food, clothing, housing, or rides can get help with reasonable living costs during pregnancy and for 6 to 8 weeks after birth. The agency works with the adoptive parents on this and also helps with medical costs and hospital planning.

Incoming Intercountry AdoptionProgram

The agency helps families adopt children from other countries, and works with more than 30 countries, both Hague and non-Hague. Some countries have active referral programs. It also takes outgoing cases, such as Canada, where both directions are accepted.
