Anti-Human Trafficking ProgramProgram

Gives case management to survivors of sex trafficking, labor trafficking, and debt bondage. Help includes crisis counseling, housing help, health care, legal and immigration help, English classes, and interpretation.

Community Education and Provider TrainingProgram

Tapestri trains social service providers, community groups, and others on human trafficking prevention and awareness. It also holds community education events on trafficking, domestic violence, and unaccompanied minors. Contact them to ask for a training.

Domestic Violence ProgramProgram

Helps immigrant and refugee people who have faced domestic violence, during and after the abuse. Help includes casework, crisis counseling, legal advocacy, and referrals to pro bono attorneys.

Family Violence Intervention ProgramProgram

A 24-week group program for men, approved by the State of Georgia and open to court-mandated participants. It teaches about healthy relationships, anger, and healthier ways to show feelings. Interpreters are provided for men who do not speak English.

Interpreter Training and Language AccessProgram

Every year Tapestri holds scheduled interpreter training for at least 60 interpreters. It also has outreach materials in many languages for service providers who may meet victims, and interpreters for many languages.

Unaccompanied Minors ProgramProgram

S. without a parent or guardian, after they are reunited with family sponsors. Help focuses on case management, access to legal services, and family reunification. Tapestri does not take referrals from the public for this program.

Volunteer OpportunitiesProgram

Tapestri takes volunteers and interns for tasks like research, community outreach, data entry, and help with client services. Volunteers must pass a background check and meet the volunteer coordinator in person. Some work can be done from home.
