CFR runs private hardship funds for companies that pay for them. Eligible employees of those companies can get money help after a hardship they could not control, such as illness or a natural disaster.

This service helps people get ready for work and keep a job. It offers support with job skills, resumes, interviews, school basics, and family life topics for students, parents, young adults, adults, and seniors.

CFR's housing programs include extra help such as childcare help, transportation, budgeting workshops, job training and life-skills classes.

An employment case manager works with CobbWorks to give job search help, training and career planning. It focuses on people in CFR housing programs.

Financial Literacy and StabilityProgram

Clients look at their spending, make a budget and set money goals. There are bi-weekly Financial Empowerment life skills classes and online money courses.

Food Security ProgramProgram

A six-month program that provides food, grocery items, case management, goals, nutrition education, and recipes.

Housing Assessment / Coordinated Entry Point of EntryService

CFR is one of two places in Cobb County where people who are homeless can get a housing assessment. The assessment helps match you to the housing help that fits your need.
